| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tréninkovým procesem mladých biatlonistů a stavbou ročního plánu pro žákovské kategorie. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo sestavit roční tréninkový plán pro žáky ve věku 14-15 let a následně zjistit, zda tento plán bude mít pozitivní vliv na jejich výkonnostní přípravu v biatlonu. V teoretické části charakterizuji biatlon a jednotlivé disciplíny. Podrobně se věnuji stavbě tréninkového plánu a jeho obsahu. V praktické části popisuji výzkumný soubor a výzkumné metody. Následně analyzuji výsledky kondičních a střeleckých testů. Dále je rozepsaná vlastní tréninková intervence přípravného období. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis is aimed at training process of young athletes and the structure of the annual plan for young sportspeople. The aim of this work has been to set the annual schedule for the youth at the age of 14-15 then to find out if it has positive influence to their final result. In the theory part I describe biathlon itself and its single parts. I concentrate on the training schedule very carefully. In the practical part I describe the research work and the research methods followed by analysing of the condition training and shooting tests. Then the training methods are described. |
