| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřila na analýzu nákupního chování obyvatel města Tachov. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký vliv má nákupní chování na spotřebitele v určitém věku, pohlaví nebo podle vzdělání a zda obyvatelům v Tachově vyhovují obchodní domy a jejich nabídka. Postoje respondentů na letáky a věrnostní programy. V teoretické části je vysvětlena problematika dané práce a zabývá se vývojem maloobchodu v České republice. V praktické části byla využita kvantitativní metoda výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření, která zkoumala maloobchodní chování obyvatel města Tachov. Výsledky dotazníků byly zpracovány a použity pro vytvoření doporučení pro obchodníky v Tachově. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focused on the analysis of shopping behavior of the inhabitants of the town of Tachov. The main goal of the work was to find out what effect shopping behavior has on consumers at a certain age, gender or education and whether the inhabitants of Tachov are comofortable with department stores and their offer. Respondents' attitudes to leaflets and loyalty programs. The theoretical part explains the issues of the work and deals with the development of retail in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, a quantitative research method was used in the form of a questionnaire survey, which examined the retail behavior of the inhabitants of Tachov. The results of the questionnaires were processed and used to create recommendations for traders in Tachov. |
