| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá prevencí vertebrogenních potíží u matek v souvislosti se správnou manipulací s dětmi do jednoho roku věku. Cílem práce je vytvořit webové stránky s ukázkou, jak pečovat o dítě s ohledem na zdraví rodičů i zdraví miminka. Za tímto účelem vznikly webové stránky s doménou https://prevence-vertebrogennich-bolesti-zad-u-matek-v-souvislosti-se-s.webnode.cz Formou videí a fotografií jsou zde ukázány nejčastější chyby, kterých se při manipulaci s dětmi rodiče dopouští ve vztahu k prevenci vertebrogenních potíží u osob pečujícího o dítě do 1 roku věku. Součástí je také na preventivní cvičení matky, které je vhodné při každodenní péči o dítě provádět, aby se předešlo případným bolestem zad. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the prevention of vertebrogenic problems in mothers in connection with the proper handling of children under one year of age. The aim of the work is to create a website with an example of how to take care of a child with regard to the health of parents and baby's health. For this purpose, a website with the domain https://prevence-vertebrogennich-bolesti-zad-u-matek-v-souvislosti-se-s.webnode.cz was created. In the form of videos and photos, the most common errors that occur when manipulating with children, parents commit in relation to the prevention of vertebrogenic problems in people caring for a child under 1 year of age and I will also focus on preventive exercise of the mother, which is appropriate to perform in the daily care of the child to prevent possible back pain. |
