| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zjistit úspěšnost indikátorů technické analýzy v době propadů na akciových trzích. Práce je zaměřena na indikátory MACD, RSI a Bollingerova pásma, jejichž výsledky jsou srovnány s jednoduchou strategií Buy and Hold. Výzkum je prováděn ve čtyřech investičních obdobích, u kterých byly identifikovány závažnější propady na akciových trzích. Pro každý z propadů je vybráno 10 společností, na kterých je obchodování testováno. Indikátor MACD dosáhl podobných výsledků jako strategie Buy and Hold a byl tak nejúspěšnějším indikátorem. V závěru práce je testováno obchodování s více indikátory najednou. Výsledky naznačují, že vytvořením obchodního systému by se mohly výnosy zvýšit. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work is to determine the success rate of technical analysis indicators at the time of declines in stock markets. The indicators examined in this work are MACD, RSI and Bollinger bands. Their results are compared with the simple strategy Buy and Hold. Research is done in four investing periods during which severe falls in the stock market prices were identified. For each fall, 10 companies are chosen to analyze trading. Indicator MACD reached similar results as the strategy Buy and Hold and therefore, it was the most successful indicator. At the end, trading with multiple indicators at once is tested. Results suggest that creating a trading system can lead to increased returns. |
