| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis možností řízení zásob a principy štíhlé výroby. Bakalářskou práci lze rozdělit do tří částí. V první části jsou vysvětleny principy štíhlé výroby a stručně popsány nástroje a metody, které využívá. Druhá část práce se zabývá problematikou zásob a jejich řízením. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na analýzu a návrh optimalizace stávajícího stavu řízení zásob a materiálového toku ve společnosti ACTI PACK CZ a. s.. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the description of possibilities of reserves´ controlling and principles of lean manufacturing. The thesis can be divided into three parts. In the first part there are explained the principles of lean manufacturing and there are briefly described the instruments and the methods which it uses. The second part deals with the topic of reserves and their controlling. The third part of the thesis is focused on the analysis and a proposal of optimization of the contemporary state of reserves´ controlling and the material flow in ACTI PACK CZ a. s. company. |
