| Abstract: | Celkově lze konstatovat, že existuje pouze několik studií na toto téma a že jsou proto nutné další studie. Mozková aktivita během úloh statické a dynamické rovnováhy by měla být v budoucnu dále zkoumána a měly by se získat lepší a jasnější poznatky. Kromě COP a koncentrace hemoglobinu pomocí fNIRS, je pozorována svalová aktivita. To by mohlo hrát zásadní roli při vyvažování, protože svalové kontrakce mohou také kompenzovat výkyvy. Výsledky studií a poznatky z nich získané mohou být použitelné v jiných různých oblastech. Případně i v terapii pacientů s neurodegenerativními onemocněními jako je Alzheimer nebo Parkinson. |
| Abstract in different language: | Overall, it can be concluded that there have only been a few studies on this topic to date exist and therefore further studies are necessary. Brain activity during static and dynamic balance problems should be further explored in the future to get better and clearer insights. In addition to the COP and the hemoglobin concentration using fNIRS, the muscle activity are observed. This could be a play a crucial role, since muscle contractions also compensate for fluctuations be able. The results of the studies and the knowledge gained from them can have applicability in find different areas. Possibly even in the therapy of patients with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's or Parkinson's. |
