| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na základní výklad historického vývoje institutu opatrovnictví, základní pojmy s opatrovnictvím spojené, a především na přehledný a strukturovaný popis institutu opatrovnictví člověka. V tomto ohledu diplomová práce upravuje druhy opatrovnictví, způsoby vzniku a zániku opatrovnictví či povinnosti opatrovníka a dále seznamuje s jeho činností. Diplomová práce kromě tuzemské právní úpravy vychází také z mezinárodních právních dokumentů či judikatury soudů a statistických údajů. V diplomové práci nechybí ani kritický pohled na stávající právní úpravu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis aims at historical development of curatorship for person, general terms of curatorship and manly at clear and structured description of curatorship´s institute. In this regard the diploma thesis describes different types of curatorship, methods of establishment and termination of curatorship or duties of curator and acquaints with his activities. The diploma thesis is based on statutory regulation at the national and international level, court decisions and statistics. The diploma thesis also includes a critical view of the current legislation. |
