| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou komunikaci leteckých společností v osobní letecké dopravě. Práce analyzuje marketingovou komunikaci nízkonákladové společnosti Wizzair a klasické společnosti TAP Portugal. Teoretická část práce se zabývá leteckou dopravou osob, rozdělením aerolinií v osobní letecké dopravě, marketingem a marketingovou komunikací v osobní letecké dopravě. Praktická část charakterizuje vybrané společnosti, analyzuje marketingovou komunikaci a předkládá návrhy na její zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the marketing communication of airlines in passenger air transport. The work analyzes the marketing communication of the low-cost company Wizzair and the classic company TAP Portugal. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with passenger air transport, the division of airlines in passenger air transport, marketing and marketing communication in passenger air transport. The practical part characterizes selected companies, analyzes marketing communication and presents suggestions for its improvement. |
