| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá službami zdravotně orientovaného cestovního ruchu. Cílem bylo identifikovat dopady pandemie Covid-19 na služby v lázeňství a navrhnout marketingová opatření pro zmírnění těchto dopadů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části byla vytvořena literární rešerše o čtyřech podkapitolách. Praktická část obsahuje dvě kapitoly, metodiku a výsledky. Jejich údaje byly zpracovány na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti poskytovateli léčebných lázeňských služeb. Rozhovory měly objasnit situaci v lázeňských zařízeních během pandemie a na jejich základě byla navržena marketingová opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of bachelor thesis is the services of health tourism. The goal of the work was identify impact of Covid-19 pandemic on spa services and propose the marketing measures for mitigation of these impacts. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, there was created the literary research of four subchapters. The practical part contains two chapter, methodology and results. Their data were processed of semi-structured interviews with five providers of medical spa services. The interviews were to clarify the situation in the spa facilities during the pandemic and then were proposed the marketing measures. |
