| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na aktuální problémy cizinců a imigrantů, kteří se ve snaze nalézt lepší místo pro život, snaží usadit v zemích Evropské unie. Předmětem bakalářské práce je přístup Evropské unie k integraci cizinců třetích zemí a komparace integrace v České republice a na Slovensku. Cílem práce je analyzovat přístup k integraci v ČR a na Slovensku a poukázat na odchylky v implementaci evropského práva v této oblasti a pokus o jejich interpretaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on current problems of foreigners and immigrants, who in trying to find a better place to live are striving to establish themselves in the European Union. The topic of the thesis is the European Union´s attitude towards the integration of foreigners from developing countries as well as the comparison of integration in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the attitude towards the integration, to highlight the differences in the implementation of the European law in this field and to interpret them. |
