| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu a bossingu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku mobbingu a bossingu, dále je zde vysvětlen pojem staffing a chairing.. Praktická část je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření. Bakalářská práce vede ke zjištění, jak je šikana na pracovištích rozšířená, poskytuje zaměstnancům větší informovanost o mobbingu a bossingu a postup, jak se proti této šikaně bránit. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the problematical effects of mobbing and bossing with the theoretical part focused on the characteristics of this subject, further is explain here concept of staffing and chairing. In addition, the practical part is focused on a working survey. The aim and conclusion of this thesis is to demonstrate that this form of bullying is commonplace within working environments, as well as providing a useful tool for employees about the effects of mobbing and bossing, the processes involved, and how the issue can be proactivly tackled. |
