| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá outplacementem, jeho definicí, historií a vývojem pojmu, jeho procesy, formami, aktéry a nástroji. Práce definuje a objasňuje i pojmy s outplacementem související jako práce, skončení pracovního poměru nebo stres a životní situace. Praktická část této bakalářské práce zároveň reflektuje současnou situaci outplacementových služeb v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with outplacement, its definition, history and progression of the term, its processes, forms, actors and tools. The thesis also defines and clarifies outplacement terms related to job, termination of employment or stress and life situations. The practical part of this bachelor thesis also reflects the current situation of outplacement services in the Czech Republic. |
