| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je definice pojmu bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci, přiblížení práv a povinností zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelů v této problematice a následné užití vybraných aspektů v rámci praktického šetření mezi zaměstnanci dané organizace. Aplikační část diplomové práce zahrnuje výsledky z vlastního dotazníkového šetření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to define the concept of safety and health at work, to approximate the rights and obligations of employees and employers in this sphere and the subsequent use of selected aspects in a practical survey among employees of the organization. The application part of the diploma thesis includes the results of questionnaire survey. |
