| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou vášní u stoických myslitelů. Práce je zprvu zaměřena na stoické pojetí kosmu a místa člověka v něm. Stoa se dělí do tří období ? rané, střední a pozdní. Dle jednotlivých období Stoy jsou představeni hlavní myslitelé. Práce je dále zaměřena na čtyři hlavní stoické vášně, které jsou podrobně rozebrány. Poslední kapitola je věnována negativnímu stoickému pohledu na vášně. Zde je vysvětleno, proč se má člověk vyhýbat nepřiměřeným a vypjatým emocím. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis inquires into the problematics of passions in the area of stoic thinkers. At first, it focuses on the stoic understanding of the universe and the placing of humans in it. Stoa is devided into three periods- the early one, the middle one and the late one. The main thinkers are introduced in accordance with each of the periods. The next inquiry looks into the four basic stoic passions, which are described in details. The last chapter is dedicated to the negative stoic opinion about passions. The explanation of why one should avoid inappropriate and extreme emotions can be found here, as well. |
