| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na malajsijskou strukturu federace a její politický systém. V práci jsou popsány hlavní teorie spojené s definicí federalismu a historií vzniku federace. Koncepty federalismu jsou aplikovány přímo na Malajsii. Pozornost je věnována zejména definování základních parametrů federalismu de jure. Práce se zaměřuje na porovnání souladů, respektive rozporů mezi teorií a praxí.Je zde diskutován i vztah heterogenního obyvatelstva uvnitř federace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the Malaysian federation structure and its political system. The thesis describes the main theories associated with the definition of federalism and the history of the formation of federation. The concepts of federalism are applied directly to Malaysia. In particular, attention is paid to defining the basic parameters of de jure federalism. The thesis focuses on comparing the congruences or inconsistencies between theory and practice.The relationship of heterogeneous populations within the federation is also discussed. |
