| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá tvorbou strategického marketingové plánu pro příspěvkovou organizaci Chrám Chmele a Piva v Žatci, která poskytuje služby v oblasti turismu. Změnu dosavadní strategie si žádá aktuální nominace Žatce a krajiny žateckého chmele na Světový seznam dědictví UNESCO. Při tvorbě strategického plánu byl využit sběr dat ve formě pozorování, interview se zaměstnanci a získávání dat nepřímým měřením. Výstupem diplomové práce je stanovení vize a mise pro organizaci Chrám Chmele a Piva, dále definice strategických a dílčích cílů, organizační strategie a akční plány pro rok 2022, které umožňují okamžitou aplikaci strategického marketingového plánu v organizaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the creation of a strategic marketing plan for the non-profit organization Hop and Beer Temple in Žatec, which provides services in the field of tourism. The current nomination of Žatec and the landscape of Saaz hops for the UNESCO World Heritage List requires a change in the current strategy. Observations, interviews with employees and data acquisition by indirect measurement were used for data collection in the creation of the strategic plan in the Master's Thesis. The output of the Master's thesis is to determine the vision and mission for the organization Hop and Beer Temple, as well as the definition of strategic and partial goals, organizational strategy and action plans for the year 2022, which allow immediate application of strategic marketing plan in the organization. |
