| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje použití principu R2P Radou bezpečnosti OSN během řešení občanské války v Libyi v roce 2011. Na základě přijetí rezoluce č. 1973 tak poprvé povolila vojenskou operaci na území státu v kontextu s tímto principem. Práce analyzuje, zda byly splněny všechny podmínky, které na mezinárodní společenství princip R2P klade. S tím blízce souvisí samotný výkon mandátu, který státům udělují rozhodné rezoluce, a to především během vojenské operace Unified Protector, kterou provedla na území Libye NATO a další podporující státy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis analyzes the application of the R2P principle by the UN Security Council during the resolution of the civil war in Libya in 2011. Based on the adoption of Resolution No. 1973, it allowed a military operation in the country for the first time in the context of this principle. The work analyzes whether all the conditions that the R2P principle places on the international community have been met. Closely related to this is the exercise of the mandate given to states by decisive resolutions, especially during the military operation Unified Protector carried out in Libya by NATO and other supporting states. |
