| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje příčiny střídání ve vybraných fotbalových utkání Ligy mistrů 2020/2021 a Mistrovství Evropy 2020. Práce má za úkol monitorovat vybraná utkání, analyzovat a dedukovat důvody střídání a jeho efektivitu. Dále vyhodnocovat jaké hráče, na jakých postech a za jakého stavu utkání trenéři nejčastěji střídají. Na základě zjištěných dat vypracovat charakteristiku trenérů vybraných týmů v kontextu efektivity jejich koučování při střídání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis analyses the reasons for substitutions in selected football matches of the Champions League 2020/2021 and the European Championship 2020. The thesis aims to monitor the selected matches and to analyse effectiveness of the substitutions. Furthermore, to evaluate which players, in which positions and in which match condition the coaches most often substitute. On the basis of the collected data, develop a characterization of the coaches of the selected teams in the context of the effectiveness of their coaching in substitutions. |
