| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou edukace pacienta u laparoskopické cholecystektomie. Teoretická část pojednává o edukaci, patofyziologii a vyšetřovacích metodách žlučníku. Dále je vysvětlena laparoskopická cholecystektomie, její historie a operační postup. V samotném závěru teoretické části je popsána ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta v předoperačním, perioperačním a pooperačním období, včetně prevence komplikací. Praktická část analyzuje, jak a v jakých oblastech je realizována edukace pacientů od sester u laparoskopické cholecystektomie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of education in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It consists of a practical and a theoretical part. The theoretical part addresses pathophysiology and examination methods of the gallbladder. The surgical technique together with its history is also explained. In conclusion, the nursing care of the patient in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative period is descried, including the prevention of complications. The practical part analyses the role of nurses in education of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and how this can beimplemented. |
