| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - na teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodu teoretické části práce jsme pro komplexnost popsali vývoj vzdělávání ošetřovatelství v historickém kontextu na území České republiky i ve světě. V další části teoretické práce jsme se zaměřili na současné vzdělávání vprofesi všeobecné sestry, formy vzdělávání a motivaci ke vzdělávání. V praktické části jsme dotazníkovým šetřením zjistili, že preference formy vzdělávání souvisí s typem pracoviště, kde všeobecná sestra pracuje, také souvisí s nejvyšším dosaženým vzděláním všeobecné sestry a souvisí i s délkou praxe všeobecné sestry. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the introduction to the theoretical part of the work we have, for the sake of complexity, described the development of nursing education in the historical context in the Czech Republic and in the world. In the next part of the theoretical work, we have focused on the current education in the profession of nurse, forms of education and motivation for education. In the practical part, we have found out through a questionnaire survey that the preferences of the form of education are related to the type of workplace where the nurse works, to the highest level of education and the length of the nurse's practice. |
