| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je resuscitace pacienta s využitím systému LUCAS. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popsání zdravotnické záchranné služby, problematiky náhlé zástavy oběhu a na ní navazující neodkladné kardiopulmonální resuscitace dle doporučených postupů pro KPR 2021. V neposlední řadě se tato část věnuje mechanizované srdeční masáži a přístroji LUCAS. Praktická část je zaměřena na názor zdravotnických záchranářů a lékařů zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského kraje na manipulaci s přístrojem, jeho benefity a potenciální komplikace a na četnost a kvalitu proškolování v jeho používání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is resuscitation of the patient with the LUCAS system. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the emergency medical service, the issue of sudden cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation according to the recommended procedures for CPR 2021. Last but not least, this part deals with mechanized heart massage and LUCAS device. The practical part is focused on the opinion of paramedics and emergency doctors of the Pilsen region on the handling of the device, its benefits and potential complications, and on the frequency and quality of training in its use. |
