| Abstract: | Výsledkem mé bakalářské práce je soubor tří objektů a čtyř broží na téma "Krása kolem i v nás". Konkrétně jsem se zaměřila na krásu světů skrytých pod povrchem. Mým záměrem bylo skrze tuto práci vyjádřit myšlenku, že ne vše je na první pohled tak, jak se zdá. Mnohé je našemu zraku a vnímání skryto. Často vidíme pouze "špičku ledovce" a až po důkladném prozkoumání dané problematiky se nám může postupně vyjevit celý obraz ve své nejčistší podobě. Pro uchopení této myšlenky jsem si vybrala koncept ledové hory, z velké části ukryté pod hladinou. Prostředkem k jejímu zhmotnění mi bylo plexisklo o různých tloušťkách a tvarech, které jsem postupně vrstvila, abych docílila požadovaných optických vlastností a hloubky prostoru. Průsvitné objekty a brože jsem následně vsadila do konstrukcí z bílé mosazi. Cílem bylo vytvořit dojem křišťálově čisté masivní hmoty odkazující k ledové hoře, jež je v různých stádiích odkrytí. Zpočátku je ukryta v hlubině, pod vrstvami rozličných barev a propustností světla. Postupně jsou vrstvy odebírány a čiré jádro je odhaleno ve své plné kráse. Přeji si, aby toto zobrazení podněcovalo zvědavost a vedlo k prozkoumání objektů a broží v různých světelných podmínkách a z různých úhlů podhledu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The result of my bachelor thesis is a set of three objects and four brooches on the topic "Beauty around and within us". Specifically, I focused on the beauty of the worlds hidden beneath the surface. My intention was to express through this work the idea that not everything is as it seems at first glance. Much is hidden from our sight and perception. Often, we see just the "tip of the iceberg" and only after a thorough examination of the subject matter can the whole picture gradually emerge in its purest form. To grasp this idea, I have chosen the concept of an iceberg, largely hidden beneath the surface. The means to materialize it was plexiglass of various thicknesses and shapes, which I gradually layered to achieve the desired optical properties and depth of space. I then set the translucent objects and brooches into its bases made of white brass. The aim was to create the impression of a crystal-clear solid mass referring to an iceberg in various stages of exposure. Initially it is hidden in the depths, under layers of different colours and light transmissions. Gradually the layers are removed, and the clear core is revealed in its full beauty. My wish is that this work will arouse curiosity and lead to the exploration of objects and brooches in different lighting conditions and from different points of view. |
