| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce vznikla na podkladě obecného přesvědčení, že dobrovolných dárců krve je v ČR málo a dárců stále ubývá. Dochází tak k situacím, kdy jsou krevní sklady skoro prázdné a transfuzní oddělení musí vyhlašovat výzvy na mimořádné odběry, aby se sklad opravdu prázdným nestal. Bakalářská práce je členěná na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část má 3 hlavní kapitoly- dárcovství krve, typy odběrů krve, transfuze a léčivé přípravky z krve. Praktická část má 7 hlavních kapitol- cíl a úkoly práce, výzkumné problémy/ otázky, charakteristika sledovaného souboru, metodika práce, analýza a interpretace výsledků, analýza souvislostí dotazníkového šetření, výstup do praxe. Respondenti dotazníkového šetření vykazují na úrovni studentů vyšších odborných škol a vysokých škol nižší informovanost, respondenti napříč všemi sociálními statuty v 37 % nedělají nic pro to, aby se dárcovství krve rozšířilo. Zde je velký prostor pro práci s informacemi a všeobecnou motivací. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis was created on the basis of the general belief that there are few voluntary blood donors in the Czech Republic and the number of donors is still decreasing. This leads to situations where blood warehouses are almost empty and the transfusion department has to issue calls for extraordinary donations so that the warehouse does not become really empty. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part has 3 main chapters - blood donation, types of blood collection, transfusions and blood medicines. The practical part has 7 main chapters - goal and tasks of the work, research problems / questions, characteristics of the monitored group, work methodology, analysis and interpretation of results, analysis of the context of the questionnaire survey, output to practice. The respondents of the questionnaire survey show lower awareness at the level of students of higher vocational schools and universities, respondents across all social statutes in 37% do nothing to expand blood donation. There is a lot of space for working with information and general motivation. |
