| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zahraniční politiku Spojených států během funkčního období amerického prezidenta George W. Bushe ml. (2000-2008) a jeho administrativy a popisuje postoj této administrativy k mezinárodnímu právu. Velká část této práce se posléze věnuje současné úpravě použití síly v mezinárodních vztazích podle Charty OSN a novému prosazovanému unilaterálnímu, tj. jednostrannému používání síly v mezinárodních vztazích Bushovou administrativou a v konečné fázi posuzuje legitimitu všech vojenských amerických zásahů Spojených států v Afghánistánu (2001) a Iráku (2003). |
| Abstract in different language: | This Thesis si concentrate on a foreign policy of the United States during a term office an american prezinet of the United States George W.Bush junior (2000-2008) and his administratinon and describe their attitude toward international law. The main part of this work is concentrate on a current use a force in international law according to UN Charter and a new unilateralism represented by the Bush administration and at the end recognize a legitimacy of military action of the United States in Afghanistan (2001) and Iraq (2003). |
