| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce řeší interní komunikaci v organizaci, která má přímou vazbu na osobní i profesní život lidí. Interní komunikace byla nejdříve teoreticky vymezena a následně třemi způsoby bylo zanalyzováno její současné fungování ve vybrané organizaci. A to dvojicí rozhovorů s vybranými pracovníky, osobními zkušenostmi autora práce z prostředí a dotazníkovým šetřením. Sepsáním všech získaných informací a interpretací výsledků dotazníkového šetření určeného pro dvě skupiny zaměstnanců, a to pro vedoucí pracovníky a řadové zaměstnance se dospělo k výsledkům, ze kterých vycházejí opatření, která mají za cíl zefektivnit probíhající interní komunikaci. S výsledky analýzy a navrženými opatřeními bude podle domluvy s vedením podniku, dále pracováno. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with internal communication in an organisation, which has a direct link to people's personal and professional life. Internal communication was first defined theoretically and then its current functioning in the selected organisation was analysed. Namely, through a pair of interviews with selected employees, personal experiences of the author from the environment and a questionnaire survey. By compiling all the information obtained and interpreting the results of the questionnaire survey intended for two groups of employees, namely managers and rank-and-file employees, the results were retrieved at, from which measures were based that aim to make the ongoing internal communication more effective. The results of the analysis and the proposed measures will be further worked on as agreed with the company management. |
