| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním podnikáním a jejími trendy. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s tématem, tedy definice sociálního podnikání, význam, principy, druhy a procesy neziskových organizací. Dále je popsána historie sociálního podnikání na území České republiky a je zaznamenána předcovidová a postcovidová situace ohledně dané problematiky. V praktické části je popsána nezisková organizace Hospic Sv. Jiří, o.p.s. v Chebu, její historie, poslání, hodnoty, vize a cíle. Následně jsou popsány poskytované služby, cílové skupiny a zájmové skupiny. V rámci výzkumu je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, zprostředkovaný rozhovor a následně dle výsledků jsou navrhnuty možnosti investičního rozvoje a zároveň návrh řešení způsobu zajištění udržitelného rozvoje se zaměřením na rozšíření povědomí o Hospici Sv. Jiří, o.p.s. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with social business and its trends. In the theoretical part, terms related to the theme are explained, the definition of social business, meaning, principles, types and processes of non-profit organizations. The history of social business is described in the territory of the Czech Republic and the pre-covid and post-covid situation is recorded regarding the given issue. The practical part describes the non-profit organization Hospic Sv. Jiří, o.p.s. in Cheb, its history, mission, values, visions and goals. Then the provided services, target groups and stakeholders are described. As part of the research a questionnaire survey is evaluated, a mediated interview is evaluated, and then, based on the results, opportunities of investment expansion are proposed and the suggestion of solution for sustainable development with a focus on expanding knowledge of Hospic Sv. Jiří, o.p.s. |
