| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o dědických titulech upravených v občanském zákoníku. Cílem práce je komplexní seznámení s právní úpravou dědických titulů a zároveň porovnání jejich možných úskalí, které mohou mít přímý vliv na četnost jejich využití v praxi. Současně je do práce zahrnut stručný historický exkurz, který pojednává o vývoji dědických titulů od dob práva římského, až po právní úpravu v občanském zákoníku 1964. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, které jsou následně členěny na podkapitoly. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with inheritance titles regulated in the Civil Code. The aim of the thesis is a comprehensive introduction to the legal regulation of inheritance titles and at the same time a comparison of their possible pitfalls, which may have a direct impact on the frequency of their use in practice. At the same time, a brief historical excursus is included in the work, which discusses the development of succession titles from the times of Roman law to the legal regulation in the Civil Code of 1964. The thesis is divided into three chapters, which are subsequently divided into subchapters. |
