| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů a výnosů v podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je věnována deskripci nákladů, výnosů a jejich členěním. Jsou charakterizovány kalkulace a nástroje pro analýzu nákladů a výnosů. Na část teoretickou navazuje část praktická, která je zaměřena na využití těchto poznatků. V rámci této části je představena společnost OKULA Nýrsko a.s. Po popisu nákladů a výnosů v podniku následuje podoba kalkulace a rozpočtu, které podnik využívá. Na závěr jsou popsána možná opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení stávající situace v oblasti řízená nákladů a výnosů v podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focussed on analysis of costs and revenues in a business entity. This work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of costs, revenues and their classification and allocation. There are characterized calculations and tools for cost and revenue analysis. The practical part is a follow up to a theoretical part, which is focused on the use of this knowledge. Within this part of the work, the company OKULA Nýrsko a.s. is presented. After description of costs and revenues in the company, follows the form of calculation and budget, which the company uses. Finally, possible measures are described that would lead to an improvement of the current situation in the area of costs and revenues management in the company. |
