| Abstract: | Tato kvalifikační práce je zaměřena na hodnocení potenciálu Karlovarského kraje pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní informace o vybrané oblasti, a posléze je oblast charakterizovaná z hlediska lokalizačních, selektivních a realizačních předpokladů. Součástí následné praktické části je nabídka atraktivit, jež byla dále hodnocena. Dále jsou v praktické části prezentovány výsledky z dotazníkového šetření, prostřednictvím kterého proběhl sběr dat vztahujících se k poptávce po atraktivitách a aktivitách v kraji. Dotazníkové šetření bylo zaměřené na respondenty žijící mimo Karlovarský kraj. Na závěr jsou představeny nedostatky vyplývající z provedených analýz a navržena jejich řešení pro možný rozvoj cestovního ruchu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This qualification thesis focuses on the evaluation of the potential of the Karlovy Vary Region for the development of tourism industry. In the theoretical part, basic information about the selected area is elaborated, and then the area is characterized in terms of locational, selective and implementation prerequisites. The subsequent practical part includes the offer of attractions, which was further evaluated. Furthermore, the practical part presents the results from the questionnaire survey, through which data related to the demand for attractions and activities in the region were collected. The questionnaire survey was aimed at respondents living outside the Karlovy Vary Region. In conclusion, the shortcomings resulting from the analyses carried out are presented and their solutions for the possible development of tourism are proposed. |
