| Abstract: | Práce cílí na vysvětlení systému Evropské diplomacie se svými specifiky a úskalími. Zároveň popisuje trnitou cestu procesu evropské integrace v této oblasti. Zaměřuji se tak v práci zejména na vysvětlení činnosti Evropské služby pro vnější činnost s důrazem na činnost delegací. Zároveň si práce klade za cíl přiblížit čtenáři problematiku konzulární ochrany jako jednoho z aspektů občanství Evropské unie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis aims to explain the system of European diplomacy with its specificities and pitfalls. It also describes the thorny path of the European integration process in this area. Thus, the main focus of the thesis is on explaining the work of the European External Action Service, with an emphasis on the work of delegations. At the same time, the thesis aims to introduce the reader to the issue of consular protection as one of the aspects of European Union citizenship. |
