| Abstract: | Diplomová práce za zabývá vztahy mezi sportovní aktivitou a hudbou. V teoretických východiscích jsou zpracovány informace o hudbě a jejích jednotlivých komponentách. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé účinky hudby na sportovní výkon. Výzkumnou část tvoří čtyři experimentální běhy na 3 km za proměnlivých podmínek (kontrolní běh bez hudby, běh na oblíbenou, neoblíbenou a neutrální hudbu) a dotazníkové šetření týkající se využití hudby při sportovní aktivitě. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the relationship between sports activity and music. Information about music and its individual components is processed in the theoretical background. Next, the individual effects of music on sports performance are described. The research part consists of four experimental runs of 3 km under variable conditions (control run without music, run to popular, unpopular and neutral music) and a questionnaire survey regarding the use of music during sports activity. |
