| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zdravotně-kompenzačním cvičením jakožto možností, která má potenciál redukovat potíže spojené s menstruačním cyklem. Na základě odborných poznatků a zkušeností byl sestaven zásobník zdravotně-kompenzačního cvičení, který byl následně aplikován na skupinu žen v reprodukčním věku. Pomocí dotazníku byly následně vyhodnoceny změny před a po pohybové intervenci. Následně jsme pomocí Wilcoxonova testu zjišťovali, zda je ve vybraných symptomech před a po intervenci statisticky významný rozdíl. Výsledky výzkumu jsou znázorněny pomocí krabicových grafů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on health-compensatory exercise as an option that has the potential to reduce problems associated with the menstrual cycle. Based on expert knowledge and experience, a health-compensatory exercise stack was developed and subsequently applied to a group of women of reproductive age. Changes pre and post exercise intervention were then evaluated using a questionnaire. Subsequently, the Wilcoxon test was used to determine whether there was a statistically significant difference in the selected symptoms before and after the intervention. The results of the research are shown using box plots. |
