Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | This theses is focused on influencing the condition of the sole in amateur athletes with the application of a compensatory program. The goal of this thesis is to develop a compensatory program for athletes, its application to the target group and subsequent evaluation of its effectiveness. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the structure of the foot from an anatomical perspective, presents selected difficulties or deviations on the foot and presents some of the possible techniques of intervention or therapy to positively influence the condition of the foot, whether as a part of prevention of injury or pain or alleviation of already existing problems. In the methodology part of the thesis, the research set is presented as well as the methods used for investigation. At the beginning of the research, the participants filled out a non-standarlized questionnare which was created for purposes of this thesis and an initial foot diagnosis was performed. At the first meeting, the participants were given and introduced to the compensatory program which contained an exercise video and informative leaflet. After 3 months, the foot diagnosis was repeated. During the second meeting, the probands filled out an exit survey which was focused on the subjective evaluation of the proband's program and also on their perception of their foot after completing the research. The obtained data were evaluated and compared. To enchance clarity, the data was projected into graphs and tables. The obtained results confirm the functionality of the compensatory program proposed by us, as the participants experienced improvements in the monitored parameters on the foot. The biggest improvements among the probands were observed in 3 deviations on the monitored part of the lower limb. Significant results were recorded for the position of hocks and heels, the decomposition of body weight on the sole and the comparison of the position of feet and insteps while walking. |
