| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem pracovní motivace ve vybraných organizacích v ziskovém a neziskovém sektoru. Ziskový sektor zastupuje firma Unicorn a neziskový organizace Diakonie Západ. Cílem práce je pracovní motivaci zhodnotit, porovnat a následně formulovat doporučení pro zlepšení. Práce se dělí na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována vysvětlením základních pojmů motivace, pracovní motivace, teoriím pracovní motivace, motivačnímu programu a profilu. V další části práce je již vysvětlen rozdíl mezi ziskovým a neziskovým sektorem a následně jsou vyzdviženy studie a výzkumy, které se tématem zabývají. Praktická část se zabývá detailním popsáním motivačních systémů obou organizací a následným kvantitativním výzkumem, který probíhal skrze dotazníkové šetření pro zaměstnance. V návaznosti na zjištěné výstupy jsou v závěru celé práce formulovány doporučení pro vybrané oblasti pracovní motivace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the topic of work motivation in selected organizations in the for-profit and non-profit sector. The for-profit sector is represented by the company Unicorn and the non-profit organization Diakonie Západ. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate and compare work motivation and then formulate recommendations for improvement. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to explaining the basic concepts of motivation, work motivation, theories of work motivation, motivation program and profile. The next part of the thesis explains the difference between the for-profit and non-profit sectors and then the studies and researches that deal with the topic are highlighted. The practical part deals with a detailed description of the motivational systems of both organisations and the subsequent quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey for employees. Following the findings, recommendations for selected areas of work motivation are formulated at the end of the whole thesis. |
