| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem marketingové kampaně pro společnost Sunus s.r.o., která se specializuje na fotovoltaické elektrárny a tepelná čerpadla, s cílem posílit její pozici na trhu s obnovitelnými zdroji energie a zvýšit povědomí o produktu. V první části práce jsou teoreticky zkoumány pojmy marketing služeb, marketingový mix služeb, komunikační mix, integrovaná marketingová komunikace a marketingové prostředí. Druhá praktická část se zaměřuje na aplikaci těchto konceptů ve společnosti Sunus. Ta zahrnuje analýzu současné situace, identifikaci konkurentů a cílových skupin a návrh marketingové kampaně zaměřené na zvýšení povědomí o značce, získání nových zákazníků a zvýšení spokojenosti stávajících zákazníků. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a marketing campaign for Sunus s.r.o., a company specializing in solar panels, to achieve its position in the renewable energy market and increase product awareness. In the first part of the work, the concepts of service marketing, service marketing mix, communication mix, integrated marketing communication and marketing environment are theoretically examined. The second practical part focuses on the application of these concepts at Sunus. This includes the analysis of the current situation, identification of competitors and target groups, and the design of a marketing campaign aimed at increasing brand awareness, acquiring new and increasing the satisfaction of existing customers |
