| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza implementace rozšířeného marketingového mixu v kontextu maloobchodního prostředí. První část práce se věnuje literární rešerši, která důkladně popisuje jednotlivé komponenty marketingového mixu. Hlavním pilířem práce je analýza praktické aplikace nástrojů marketingového mixu provedená prostřednictvím pozorování v hypermarketu Tesco EXTRA v OC Rokycanská v Plzni. Tato analýza je doplněna dotazníkovým šetřením, které zkoumá postoje zákazníků k uplatňovaným marketingovým nástrojům. Získané poznatky jsou následně vyhodnoceny a práce končí formulací doporučení, která mohou přispět k efektivnějšímu využití marketingových nástrojů ve vybrané prodejně. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of implementing the extended marketing mix within the context of retail environment. The first part of the thesis focuses on a literature review, providing a thorough description of individual components of the marketing mix. The primary pillar of the thesis is the analysis of the practical application of marketing mix tools conducted through observations at Tesco EXTRA hypermarket in OC Rokycanská in Plzeň. This analysis is supplemented by a questionnaire survey, which examines customers' attitudes towards the implemented marketing tools. The acquired findings are subsequently evaluated, and the thesis concludes with the formulation of recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of marketing strategies in the selected retail store. |
