| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou komunikaci vybraných online obchodů s cílem posoudit efektivitu jejich strategií a navrhnout možná zlepšení a doporučení pro budoucí praxi. Je strukturována do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické sekci autor nejprve definuje marketingovou komunikaci a jednotlivé nástroje marketingového komunikačního mixu. Praktická část se dále zabývá analýzou marketingové komunikace společností Zalando a Answear, po které následuje porovnání používaných marketingových nástrojů. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty dílčí závěry a formulována vhodná doporučení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the marketing communication of selected online stores with the aim of assessing the effectiveness of their strategies and proposing possible improvements and recommendations for future practice. It is structured into theoretical and practical sections. In the theoretical section, the author first defines marketing communication and the individual tools of the marketing communication mix. The practical part further deals with the analysis of marketing communication of Zalando and Answear companies, followed by a comparison of the marketing tools used. In conclusion, the partial conclusions are summarized, and suitable recommendations are formulated. |
