| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je popsat a zhodnotit cestu pohledávky insolvenčního věřitele v rámci konkursního řízení. Obsah této práce je realizován v souvislosti s historickými souvislostmi konkursního řízení, přes obecnou část týkající se přihlášek pohledávek včetně jejich přezkumu a též je zde část věnovaná popěrným úkonům insolvenčního správce. Marginálně se tato práce taktéž dotýká i náhrady nákladů řízení ve sporu o pravost, výši nebo pořadí a jinými způsoby uplatňování pohledávek. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the path of the insolvency creditor's claim in bankruptcy proceedings. The content of this thesis is implemented in the context of the historical context of the insolvency proceedings, through a general section on the application of claims, including their review, and there is also a section dedicated to the denial acts of the insolvency administrator. Marginally, the work also touches on the compensation of costs in disputes concerning the authenticity, amount or ranking of claims and other methods of claiming. |
