| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice útěků dětí z Dětského diagnostického ústavu v Plzni. Hlavním výzkumným cílem je zjištění specifik útěků těchto dětí. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny informace týkající se legislativního vymezení ústavní výchovy, ochranné výchovy či předběžného opatření, dále informace o sociálně právní ochraně dětí a výkonu ústavní nebo ochranné výchovy ve školských zařízeních. V této části lze také nalézt konkrétní poruchy chování, jejich příčiny a diagnostiku, a také charakteristiku Dětského diagnostického ústavu v Plzni. Praktická část byla prováděna reanalýzou statistických dat a zpracováním kazuistik dětí z výše zmiňovaného diagnostického ústavu. Výzkumným šetřením se autorka snažila nalézt odpovědi na dílčí výzkumné cíle a tím naplnit hlavní výzkumný cíl, kterým bylo zjištění specifik útěků dětí. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor's thesis deals with issues of children's escapes from the Children's Diagnostic Institute in Pilsen. Its main research goal is to find out specificities of escapes. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is an information regarding a legal framework of institutional care, protective care or interim measure, then an information about social and legal protection of children and about administration of institutional or protective care in school facilities. There is also description of specific behavioral disorders with their roots and diagnostics, and also description of juvenile detention center in Plzeň, in this part of the thesis. The practical part was conducted as a statistical reanalysis of data processing and elaboration of casuistry of children from the above-mentioned diagnostic institute. By the research investigation the author has tried to find answers to particular research goals and thus fulfill the main goal of finding specificities of children's escapes. |
