| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití informačních technologií v pracovním právu se zaměřením na BOZP. První část se zabývá základními pojmy a právní úpravou. Dále se práce zabývá praktickým využitím informačních technologií v oblasti BOZP. Tyto kapitoly jsou především zaměřeny na využití virtuální reality, jakožto technologie nejlépe využitelné při BOZP. V následujících kapitole se práce zabývá judikaturou spojenou s informačními technologiemi. Poslední kapitola je věnována návrhům de lege ferenda. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní analýzu využití informačních technologií v pracovním právu a zhodnotit efektivitu těchto technologií. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the usage of informational technologies in labour law with a focus on OSH. The first part deals with basic concepts and legal regulation. Then the thesis deals with the practical usage of information technologies in the field of OSH. These chapters are mainly focused on the use of virtual reality as the technology best used in OSH. In the following chapters, the thesis deals with case law related to information technology. The last chapter is devoted to de lege ferenda proposals. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the usage of informational technologies in labour law and to evaluate the effectiveness of these technologies. |
