| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení CRM a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti e shopu ExtraProdukty.cz. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy CRM a jeho specifické funkce, složky a jeho význam pro konkurenceschopnost. Dále se práce zabývá fenomény chatbot a live chat a jejich významem v CRM. V praktické části jsou představeny detaily fungování e-shopu ExtraProdukty.cz, provedena analýza získávání informací o zákaznících a používání CRM nástrojů. Na základě této analýzy jsou navržena konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení fungování CRM v obchodě ExtraProdukty.cz. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on improving CRM and enhancing the competitiveness of the ExtraProdukty.cz e-shop. The theoretical part defines the concepts of CRM, its specific functions, components, and its significance for competitiveness. Furthermore, the thesis delves into the phenomenon of chatbot and live chat and their significance in CRM. In the practical part, the functioning details of the ExtraProdukty.cz e-shop are presented, and an analysis of customer information acquisition and the use of CRM tools is conducted. Based on this analysis, specific measures are proposed to improve the functioning of CRM in the ExtraProdukty.cz store. |
