| Abstract: | Práce poskytuje detailní přehled trhu práce, podrobně zkoumá jeho členění, dynamiku nabídky a poptávky a koncepty týkající se mzdy. Dále analyzuje různé aspekty nezaměstnanosti včetně typů a příčin, a zaměřuje se na strategie získávání zaměstnanců včetně jejich zdrojů a metod. Důkladně rozebírá typy zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich historii a cíle, popisuje jejich význam pro zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Nastiňuje specifika trhu práce v regionu Praha a detailně představuje požadavky obsazované pozice ve společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj na základě rozhovoru s personalistkou společnosti. Závěrem nabízí doporučení pro rozšíření možností získávání zaměstnanců, a to formou navázání/modifikací spolupráce s univerzitami. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis provides a detailed overview of the labour market, examining in detail its segmentation, supply and demand dynamics, and wage-related concepts. It also analyses various aspects of unemployment, including types and causes, and focuses on recruitment strategies, including their sources and methods. It thoroughly discusses the types of employee benefits, their history and objectives, and describes their importance to employees and employers. It outlines the specifics of the labour market in the Prague region and presents in detail the requirements of the positions filled at Plzeňský Prazdroj based on an interview with the company's HR manager. Finally, it offers recommendations for expanding the possibilities of recruiting employees by establishing/modifying cooperation with universities. |
