dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o ženách a jejich postavení ve stavebním průmyslu. Práce je klasifikována do dvou částí, v teoretické části je několik kapitol, které popisují historii genderových nerovností, znevýhodňování žen ve stavebnictví, organizační kulturu v podniku, a nakonec ženy versus muži ve stavebnictví. V praktické části prezentuji zkušenosti čtyř žen, které se ve stavebním průmyslu pohybují. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku jakým způsobem jsou ženy z(ne)výhodňovány a s jakými druhy znevýhodňování se setkávají. Data pro tento výzkum jsem získala pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které jsem následně doslovně přepsala a podrobila tematické analýze.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis discusses women and their position in the construction industry. The work is classified into two parts, in the theoretical part there are several chapters that describe the history of gender inequalities, the disadvantage of women in the construction industry, organizational culture in the company, and finally women versus men in the construction industry. In the practical part, I present the experiences of four women who work in the construction industry. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question of how women are (dis)advantaged and what types of disadvantage they encounter. I obtained the data for this research using semi-structured interviews, which I subsequently transcribed verbatim and subjected to a thematic analysis.en
