| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na různé aspekty vztahu státu a náboženského práva. V úvodu práce rozebírá problematiku důležitých pojmů, následně se věnuje historické části. Ve třetí kapitole jsou zpracovány prameny práva, které jsou pro vymezení předmětného vztahu podstatné. Dále práce hodnotí náhledy a určuje teoretický vztah. V poslední kapitole práce zpracovává vztah státu a náboženského práva v ideálním státu. Cílem práce je vytvoření průřezu tímto vztahem a jeho hodnocení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis focuses on various aspects of the relationship between the state and religious law. In the beginning of the thesis, it analyzes the issue of important concepts, then it works with the historical part. In the third chapter, sources of law are processed, which are essential for the definition of the relationship. Furthermore, the work evaluates insights and determines the theoretical relation. In the last chapter of the thesis, it elaborates the relation between the state and religious law in an ideal state. The aim of the work is to create a cross-section of this relationship and its evaluation. |
