| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na popis, analýzu a zhodnocení vybraných relevantních specifik veřejného užívání lesa a krajiny s přihlédnutím k obecným aspektům veřejného užívání a stěžejním závěrům judikatury. Vykresluje charakter veřejného užívání jako tradičního správního institutu, odpovídá na řadu otázek, které v souvislosti s veřejným užíváním lesa a krajiny vznikají a jsou s ním neoddělitelně spjaty, a představuje právní režim užívání těchto přírodních statků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis focuses on the description, analysis and evaluation of selected relevant specifics of public use of forest and landscape, considering the general aspects of public use and key conclusions of case law. It depicts the nature of public use as a traditional institute of administrative law, answers a number of questions that arise in relation to the public use of forest and landscape and are inextricably linked to it, and presents the legal regime for the use of these natural assets. |
