| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá dopadem průmyslové zóny na rozvoj města Holýšov od počátku 20. století. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na vysvětlení pojmů průmyslová zóna a její následné dělení, přímé zahraniční investice, agenturní a kmenový zaměstnanci. Teoretická část se snaží výše zmíněné pojmy vysvětlovat a rozdělovat do možných skupin a pokud je to možné, tak určuje pozitivní a negativní dopady. V praktické části je rozebrán historický vývoj Holýšova od roku 1900 do současnosti se zaměřením na průmysl. Práce následovně pracuje s mapovými podklady, které se zachycují rozvoj města Holýšova pomocí výměry zastavěnosti a průmyslových zón. Následně práce porovnává vývoj obyvatel se zaměstnanci v průmyslu. Na konci praktické části práce jsou rozhovory s vybranými respondenty a jako poslední práce hodnotí pozitivní a negativní dopady. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of the industrial zone on the development of the city Holýšov since the beginning of the 20th century. The theoretical part is mainly focused on explaining the terms industrial zone and its subsequent division, foreign direct investment, agency, and regular employees. The theoretical part tries to explain and divide the above-mentioned concepts into possible groups and if possible, determines the positive and negative impacts. In the practical part, the historical development of Holýšov since 20th century is analyzed with a focus on industry. Next, the thesis works with map documents that capture the development of the city of Holýšov using built-up area and industrial zones. Subsequently, the work compares the development of the population with employees in industry. At the end of the practical part of the work, there are interviews with selected respondents and subsequent evaluation of positive and negative impacts. |
