| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá systémem měření výkonnosti konkrétní společnosti. Cílem je charakteristika výkonnosti podniku a přístupy k jejímu měření. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část definuje analýzu strategického prostředí, poté měření výkonnosti podniku a jako poslední přístupy k měření výkonnosti. V druhé praktické části je vytvořen návrh pro měření a řízení společnosti pomocí metodiky BSC. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the performance measurement system of a specific company. The goal is to characterize the company's performance and approaches to its measurement. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The first part defines the analysis of the strategic environment, then the measurement of business performance, and finally the approaches to measuring performance. In the practical part of the thesis, a proposal for measuring and managing the company is created by using the BSC methodology. |
