| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje strategické analýze Raiffeisen stavební spořitelny a. s. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V první části práce jsou vymezeny základní termíny, analytické přístupy a metody strategického řízení. Následuje praktická část, která aplikuje tyto teoretické poznatky přímo na daný podnik, s cílem provést detailní analýzu podniku. Na základě těchto analýz jsou formulovány strategie, díky kterým by společnost měla dosáhnout stanovených cílů. Jako vhodnými strategiemi se jeví strategie penetrace trhu a rozvoje produktů. Následně je navržen plán implementace, který detailně popisuje jednotlivé strategie a kroky, včetně analýzy potenciálních rizik. Tento plán by měl společnosti pomoci úspěšně realizovat definované cíle. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master´s thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna a. s. The thesis is structured into a theoretical part and a practical part. The first section outlines basic terms, analytical approaches, and strategic management methods. This is followed by the practical part, which applies these theoretical insights directly to the company in order to perform a detailed analysis of the business. Based on these analyses, strategies are formulated that should enable the company to achieve its set goals. Market penetration and product development strategies appear to be suitable. An implementation plan is then proposed, which details each strategy and step, including an analysis of potential risks. This plan should help the company successfully realize the defined goals. |
