| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá omezením vlastnického práva. Pojednává o jednotlivých právních nástrojích, jako jsou věcná břemena, právo stavby, použití cizí věci, zástavní právo a zadržovací právo. Těžištěm práce je úprava sousedského práva v České republice a ve Španělském království. Na závěr práce porovnává úpravu sousedského práva v českém právním řádu se španělským. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the limitations of the right of property. It discusses individual legal instruments such as easements, the right of construction, the use of another's property, the right of pledge and the right of retention. The focus of the thesis is the regulation of neighbouring law in the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Spain. Finally, the thesis compares the regulation of neighbour law in the Czech legal system with the Spanish one. |
