| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku matrik již od počátku jejich historického vývoje. Práce přibližuje matriční úřady v České republice, konktrétně jejich působnost a činnost. Popisuje celý postup vedení matričních knih, zápisů do nich samotných a jejich následnou archivaci. Digitalizace, jakožto novodobý posun na úseku matrik poskytla spoustu přínosů. Práce se též opírá o matrikáře a úkony spojené s výkonem jejich činnosti. Právní úprava matrik je v České republice zakotvena zákonem č. zákonem č. 301/2000 Sb., o matrikách, jménu a příjmení. Tento zákon již prošel několika novelizacemi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of registers from the beginning of their historical development. The thesis introduces registry offices in the Czech Republic, specifically their jurisdiction and activities. It describes the entire process of maintaining registry books, entries into them, and their subsequent archiving. Digitalization, as a modern advancement in the field of registers, has provided numerous benefits. The thesis also relies on registrars and the tasks associated with their activities. The legal regulation of registers in the Czech Republic is anchored in Act No. 301/2000 Coll., of the Parliament of the Czech Republic on record books, name and surname. This law has undergone several amendments. |
